Each question consists of 3 notes and therefore 2 intervals.
Click the question number to hear the notes played on your browser's audio player, or use the player directly under the question number (note: if you are using an older browser, you will need to have Flash installed). Then click a radio button on the top row to identify the first interval and a radio button on the bottom row to identify the second interval.
When you are done with all the questions, click the 'Submit Test' button.
You will then get a message indicating which (if any) intervals you need to study more based on your answers, and an 'x' will appear next to the question(s) where you made one or more errors.
To start over, first click the 'Start Over' button at the bottom.
